Presentation

The Dunois district is a recent development on the scale of the city. Developed between 1880 and 1920 as a result of the French army's new military organisation, it was an exceptionally large-scale urban project. It features a wide variety of architecture from the late 19th century, both working-class and middle-class.
To complement the visits already made to the south of the district, we invite you to explore the upper part, south of the Boulevard de Châteaudun and the Rue de la Gare.
