If you are between 1.45m and 1.55m tall, please choose size XS.

Your bike will be available for collection at 10am or 3pm, depending on the time slot selected when booking.

How do I collect my bike?
Please go to the Orléans Tourist Office (23 Place du Martroi) to complete the rental agreement and pay the mandatory €150 security deposit per bike. You will be asked to provide an ID document. For half-day rentals, please arrive at 10am or 3pm, depending on your booking time slot.

How do I return my bike?
Return your bike to the Vélo Val de Loire agency, 10 Quai Cypierre, Orléans. For bikes collected at 10am, please return them before 1pm. For bikes collected at 3pm, please return them before 6pm.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the rental.

A damage and theft insurance cover is included in the price.

Baby seats (for children up to 6 years old and/or 22kg) are available on request, subject to availability.
