Medieval housing is one of the areas of research that the Archaeology Department has been focusing on for almost twenty years. Discover the medieval Dunois quarter (now the Place du Cheval-Rouge), the history of the timber-framed houses in the Place du Châtelet, Romanesque paintings found in the canonical quarter, etc.
This tour is organised in partnership with the archaeology department of Orléans City Council.
