Presentation

Reinforced concrete architecture, the former FAMAR factory designed by Swiss-born architect Jean Tschumi between 1947 and 1953 was one of his major commissions in France. The building was designed so that its spaces could adapt to changing production requirements. Thanks to its flexible 18,000 m² of space, the site was transformed in 2015 into a coworking space. It is now home to companies from Orléans specialising in digital technology. Today, the building is known as LAB’O, and is celebrating 10 years dedicated to innovation.
