To celebrate the park’s 45th anniversary, ZooParc de Beauval is opening a new chapter in its history. In 2025, it became the first zoo in the world outside Asia to welcome the extraordinary François’ langurs, also known as golden monkeys. A national treasure of China, these unique primates, with their striking golden fur and blue-tinged faces, have been entrusted to ZooParc de Beauval by China as part of a conservation and research programme dedicated to the species.
